Since 11 November 2011 all home building plans submitted to Council for approval needs to comply with the latest SANS 10400 Part XA regulations (Energy Efficiency in Buildings).

All our Council Submission Plans are accompanied by a detailed Regulation XA Compliance Report. This includes fenestration calculations, artificial ventilation requirement calculations, thermal insulation (roofs, floors and walls) calculations and requirements for Hot Water systems.
