The main entrance leads from a covered verandah into the formal lounge, which leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area and studio have access onto the covered verandah. The spacious main bedroom comprises an open plan en suite bathroom, toilet and private garden. A passage leads from the kitchen to the scullery/laundry, guest toilet and bedroom two with its own en suite bathroom. Bedroom three also has an en suite bathroom and has private entrance from a covered stoep and is ideal to be used as a guest bedroom. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards. The kitchen, with centred kitchen island, leads to a covered braai area at the rear of the house. Preferred orientation as per Proposed Ground Storey Plan.
