Project reference number: FP 18

This medium-sized, three-bedroom house, designed in Tuscan style, has a separate double garage which is linked to the house with a concrete walkway. The main bedroom and lounge are north-facing to capture maximum natural light and sun in the cooler seasons. The entrance leads from a covered verandah into the lounge and on to the open plan dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast nook and a separate scullery from where the back door leads onto the pathway to the garage. Also from the lounge, a passage leads to both the main bedroom and bedrooms two and three which has both build-in cupboards. The end of the passage leads into the bathroom. Bedroom three has a sliding door which opens onto a private verandah. The main bedroom has a dress room and an en suite bathroom which has a bath, shower vanity top with two basins and a separate toilet. The bedrooms feature a raised floor level, but can also be designed to be at the same floor level as the rest of the house.
