• This project was custom-designed for the Coetzee Family.
• The design involved the transformation of an existing residence from a previous era, with the primary aim of giving the home a new, contemporary appearance.
• The client requested a full upgrade of the kitchen and scullery areas, reconfiguring them into an open-plan concept that connects seamlessly with the dining and living spaces, while also providing improved access to the inner-court.
• A dedicated braai area was added, designed to integrate naturally with the kitchen and entertainment spaces.
• A private swimming pool was introduced, carefully positioned in a secluded section of the property to ensure privacy and create a relaxed outdoor environment.
