• Spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
• Large windows and glass doors invite natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.

Kitchen & Utility:

• Modern kitchen with a central island and bold pendant lighting.
• Dedicated laundry space.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• Main bedroom includes a bay window nook, a specific client request for a cozy reading space.
• Comfortable, light-filled bedrooms with modern finishes.
