This medium-sized, four-bedroom house, designed in traditional style, has a separate double garage which is linked to the house through the laundry/scullery. The entrance foyer is centrally placed and separates the double-storey bedrooms-area from the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has a centrally placed kitchen island with breakfast nook. A bio-fuel heater gives warmth to the entire living area in the cold seasons. A large fold-away stack-door opens from the living room onto the open stoep and pool area at the back of the house. The bedrooms-area ground-storey comprises of bedroom three, which has an en-suite bathroom, bedroom four and a bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Going up the stairs, you’ll find the main bedroom which has a dress room and en-suite bathroom. Double doors open onto its balcony which overlooks the back yard and pool. Bedroom two also has a private, covered balcony. The pool in the back-yard features a pergola-covered braai area.
